Our Performance

For the first five years after transfer (November 2009 to March 2014), everything we do will be about delivering the promises we made to tenants in the Offer Document.

Our performance against those Offer Document promises will be closely monitored, including by our customers. You can find a copy of the Offer Document in the related downloads section to the right, but it’s a big document so it’s split into several parts.
