Plymouth Community Homes responds to budget announcement
In response to the Government budget announcement made today (Tuesday 22 June) Clive Turner, Chief Executive said:
“As the largest single housing association in the south west, we eagerly await to find out detail of how today’s budget announcement will impact social housing in Plymouth.
“Our priority is residents and we share the concern of the National Housing Federation in the desire to protect the most vulnerable people and communities from the effects of any cuts in investment.
“We do however, remain optimistic that Plymouth Community Homes will continue to receive the funding necessary to deliver our programmes for decent homes and regeneration in the city. We consider this an essential investment in the future of the people of the city.”
