New homes coming soon to North Prospect
Plymouth Community Homes, together with Barratt Homes, will be unveiling each of their own marketing and information suites in phase 1a of the North Prospect regeneration on Saturday, 28th January.
This will give people the opportunity to visit the new site and everyone will be invited to take a look inside the show homes between 11am and 6pm.
Plymouth Community Homes will be selling 28 Shared Ownership 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes and 2 bedroom apartments.
Tracey Wheaton, Neighbourhood Housing Manager for the regeneration team, will be overseeing the Plymouth Community Homes sales team for the new development, which is called PL2.
She said: “We are delighted that the marketing suite and show homes are now available for the public to see. The first phase of the regeneration is really starting to take shape and the first homes will be available from the end February.”
Over the next few weeks a page called ‘buying a new home’ will be launched on this website, where you will be able to find all the information you need about buying a home.
