Have you seen our PCH Webble?

Our PCH Webble has been out on tour this week to tell our tenants about our new website (which is now live www.plymouthcommunityhomes.co.uk) and the MyPCH tenant portal.

The Webble, which looks a bit like an inflatable igloo, has visited the PCH community joining CATERed who have given out delicious free healthy lunches to kids, while we have been chatting to tenants about our new services.

Last week Webble has been busy with two tour locations, on Wednesday Webble joined CATERed and Plymouth Library Services at Whitleigh Four Greens Community Centre. A day for all the family, as well as the tasty lunches there were free library books for each child, story reading, games and for adults our PCH residents volunteers were also holding their popular tea and toast club. A fantastic turn out from the community, our PCH staff in The Webble got to speak to looks of tenants about the website and even signed some people up to MyPCH.

Thursday Webble once again joined CATERed at Asda in Estover, meeting lots of our residents who were picking up a tasty lunch for their kids or doing their shopping. Our PCH team managed to sign up lots of tenants to MyPCH all of which will be entered into our prize draw for the first 600 sign-ups to win a Samsung Tablet.

Jay Vickers, Communications Officer said,

“ It’s Great being out and about meeting our residents, The Webble itself is quite a conversation starter. Having time to sit down and chat through the benefits of the new website and the MyPCH portal is brilliant, explaining the new features such as paying your rent through the portal in a few clicks, reporting repairs and updating your information easily. Everyone has been really positive and we have had lots of people already sign up in the first week.”

You can also still visit our Webble on Tuesday 29 August at Freedom Fields Park.
