Transfer day, the day that all 14800 tenants' homes transfer from Plymouth City Council to Plymouth Community Homes, is set for Monday 16th November.
It's taken us nearly a year to get ready for transfer. We've been busy setting up the brand new housing association Plymouth Community Homes, working through the complex registration and financial processes. We can't wait to get the 16th November behind us so that we can begin spending the £168 million that transfer releases for improvements to tenant's homes.
