Introduction of the new regulatory framework

Plymouth Community Homes today (1 April 2010) welcomed the introduction of the new regulatory framework set out by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA).

The framework, which sets out new standards for social housing providers, includes expectations around tenant involvement and empowerment, standards of homes, tenancies, neighbourhood and communities, value for money and Governance and financial viability.

Clive Turner, Chief Executive of Plymouth Community Homes said: "As a brand new Housing Association we're looking forward to this opportunity to put tenants at the heart of our business. We're hoping the framework will give us the flexibility to be as good as we possibly can be in making a difference to the lives of people in Plymouth."
