We've been shortlisted for a prestigious prize!

Our commitment to our staff has earned us a nomination for a top honour at the national Investors in People Awards.

We’ve been shortlisted in the Third Sector (not for profit) category at the annual awards, which celebrate the best people management practices amongst Investors in People accredited businesses.

We’re up against fellow housing providers Lewisham Homes and Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.

The nomination follows on from our announcement earlier this year that we’d achieved Investors in People Gold accreditation for being an excellent employer that values its staff.

Bob Wilkey, Head of HR for PCH, said: “What this nomination reflects is the commitment of PCH to developing its people and giving them a great place to work.

“The response from members of staff to the recent IIP Gold Award we received showed how resilient and positive we are about what we do now and in our future, even in changing and demanding times.

“This nomination is something that all employees can share in and be proud of because it’s an acknowledgement of the way everyone has worked together over the last eight years to create a vibrant and people-centred social landlord.”

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, added: “Once again we have been overwhelmed by the number and calibre of entries received for the Investors in People Awards. It’s fantastic to see so many organisations nominated for outperforming in their sector, demonstrating great people management practice and a commitment to staff development.”
