Our Community
We believe that being a landlord is about much more than simply providing you with a decent home to live in. It’s about supporting you and the community in which you live.
We want to help people living on our estates to be proud of the communities they live in. That means investing in people and neighbourhoods. We’ll help you to get involved in the decisions we make about your home and your community including, if you want to, helping you to lead on local improvements through the Money Tree Fund.
We can also help you by supporting your local activities. For example:
- We can help you with local ‘good neighbour’ agreements or lettings policies
- We can support your local Fun Day or event, perhaps by bringing our mobile trailer (Trevor the Transfer Trailer) to your event.
- We’ll invest in your good ideas for green or neighbourhood improvements through the Money Tree Fund.
- We’ll help raise the profile of good gardening in your area by promoting the gardening competition or supporting your green ideas.
