Plymouth Community Homes owns around 3,000 garages and parking spaces in Plymouth which are available for rent on a weekly basis.

With more than 200 sites across Plymouth, we have garages and parking spaces in most neighbourhoods, including many in the city centre. We also operate a caravan park in Plympton for the secure storage of caravans.

Residents and members of the public alike are welcome to rent a garage or parking space. We operate a waiting list to allocate spaces, but have garages with immediate availability on certain sites. Rents vary by area, and a £100 deposit is required for garages and caravan parking spaces.
