Continuous Improvement Groups (CIGs)

Continuous Improvement Groups (CIGs) are a range of service specific joint staff and tenant groups. They form part of the Governance structure of Plymouth Community Homes.

We know it’s incredibly important that we work jointly with you to get our services right. Continuous Improvement groups cover key areas of service, for example:

  • Anti Social Behaviour
  • Housing Management
  • Consultation and Communications
  • Sheltered Housing
  • Estates
  • Procurement (Contracts)
  • Equalities
  • Repairs

CIGs meet periodically to monitor and review performance in these service areas. Tenant and Leaseholder members of CIGs have substantial training and are asked to formally commit to the groups and the way they work.

Getting involved in North Prospect

In North Prospect, our ten year regeneration project is well underway.  We’d like as many local people as possible to get involved.

Tenants, leaseholders and home owners in North Prospect are all invited to get involved in planning the new estate, neighbourhood and homes.

Plymouth Community Homes has a North Prospect Project team who are working on the ten year regeneration plan. Call 0800 694 3101 for more details.

More details on North Prospect can be found on the North Prospect Page.
