Conference
We hold an annual tenants conference every year.
Everyone who’s registered with our Resident Involvement Network is sent an invitation to our conference. We use these events to bring staff and tenants together to talk about current issues, changes, and proposals. We often run workshops to find out what our customers think and to ask about future improvements.
