Conference and Roadshows
We hold an annual tenants conference and at least three roadshows a year.
Everyone who's registered with our Resident Involvement Network is sent an invitation to our conference and roadshows. We use these events to bring staff and tenants together to talk about current issues, changes, and proposals. We often run workshops to find out what our customers think and to ask about future improvements.
