Leaseholders involvement

People who buy their flat from Plymouth Community Homes (or bought from the Council, or bought an ex-Council flat on the open market) are leaseholders.

We welcome involvement by leaseholders, because you still receive some services from Plymouth Community Homes even though you have a lease and not a tenancy agreement.  We hold meetings for leaseholders, and we welcome leaseholders to most of our events.

The Interested Leaseholders Network is a list of leaseholders who would like to be involved.  We invite leaseholders who are registered with the network to events and meetings.  This group have helped us develop the new leaseholders handbook for example.  We're working on a relaunch of the group for Winter 2010.
