Mystery shopping is a familiar concept to most people. Here at Plymouth Community Homes we're introducing formal customer Mystery Shopping.
Many Housing Associations use tenant mystery shopping to help them review services. This usually means that a group of tenants are recruited through a process of job description and job application, and then receive training. Scripts and scenarios are developed, and then applied in controlled circumstances. Finally a report is written and circualted about the results of the mystery shop.
