Surveys

Surveys are a useful way of finding out what our customers think.

Filling in forms isn’t for everyone, but they can be a very useful way of telling us our customer’s views on a particular service or issue.  We send surveys to members of the Resident Involvement Network if we’re thinking about making changes, and we also send short surveys to most people who receive works in their home.

Current surveys

We’re currently running a survey on a proposed Handyperson Service. It’s open to all Plymouth Community Homes tenants and leaseholders. You can download the consultation document from the related documents section (Right).
