Out and about in our communities
We love to get out of the office!
Our Resident Involvement Team get out into communities as much as possible. You'll find them:
- Hosting stalls in housing offices and at indoor community events
- Bringing Trevor the Transfer Trailer to fun days and events
- Parking Trevor up in supermarkets, car parks, and at festivals

You'll see many of our staff out and about in your community. And we're happy to organise an Estate Walkabout for your area. We would, for example, arrange for the local housing officer, caretaker, and other partners such as the local Police Officer to walk around the estate with you. We often find this is the best way to spot and deal with problems quickly.
