Plymouth Community Homes believes that resident involvement is a vital part of providing a first class housing service and is always looking to improve it.
Resident Involvement means you have your say and tell us when we get it right and wrong, because what we do and how we do it affects your homes and local community.
The more residents who get involved in Resident Involvement events and activities the more we can get an understanding of what our tenants and leaseholders need.
Ways we work with our tenants and leaseholders:
More ways to get involved can be found on our 'How to get involved' page.

Resident involvement is sometimes a stepping stone for tenants who go on to become important community leaders. We're proud to be part of that and are constantly inspired by the acheivements of some of our active tenants.
One of our tenants from Stonehouse has become an award-winning community leader, Home Office community crimefighter, and key partner in local and national improvements around anti-social behaviour. Read her inspring story on her website. link below.
Plymouth Community Homes commitment to providing as many opportunities as possible for tenants and leaseholders to get involved in decision making which affects their housing service, homes and neighbourhoods, is set out in a document called the resident involvement strategy.
For leaseholders there are other ways to get involved. Look at our Leaseholders pages for more information.
