Area Manager, Housing and Neighbourhoods
Salary: £59,000 per annum

We are looking to recruit to our post of Area Manager, to assist the Director of Housing and Neighbourhoods in delivering a culture of continuous improvement; customer-focus and high service standards by taking the lead on strategic project delivery; performance management; policy development; and the introduction of best practice and innovation.
Leading the team delivering Neighbourhood housing and income management, customer empowerment, and support services for around half of Plymouth Community Homes’ 15,000+ customers, you’ll take operational responsibility for transforming our service to customers facing activities, leading your skilled team to achieve its potential. Driven by results and with a focus on performance management, you’ll embed a consistent and quality driven culture.
