Getting a home with us
Plymouth Community Homes is part of Devon Home Choice.
All our available homes are advertised as part of the Devon wide scheme that allows you to consider homes that are available to rent. Devon Home Choice has a website where all properties for rent, including ours, are advertised.
You can look at our homes that are for letting without registering with Devon Home Choice. If you want to bid for a property you do need to be registered. To find out more about getting registered you can;
- Pick up an application form from Plymouth City Council's Midland House, their one stop shop for housing advice. Link to Council's web page.
- Apply on line at the Devon Home Choice website. Link to Devon Home Choice
- Call us on 0800 694 3101 and ask for the Housing Choices Team
- Visit any of our housing branch offices. Locations of the offices can be found by clicking on Contact Us, which is on the menu at the left of this page.
