Your tenancy agreement

Transfer means that all eligible tenants will get a new tenancy agreement.  This is because your tenancy will be with your new landlord, Plymouth Community Homes.

We will distribute these tenancy agreements - you don't need to do anything.

If you have any concerns about your tenancy agreement, or about your rights please contact your local housing office.  You can find details, phone numbers, and locations of our offices on the 'Contact Us' page.

Generally speaking there are two kinds of tenancy agreement - one of them is for 'starter tenancies'.  There are samples below, but you'll have your own individual tenancy agreement, so please do talk to us if you're worried about anything you read in these.
