Here at Plymouth Community Homes, we believe in providing great services to residents and it’s important we tell you how we’re achieving that. We measure our performance every three months to help us stay on track and you can find the reports below. We use them to check that we are doing what we said and meeting the targets in our Strategic Business Plan 2017-22.
STAR Customer Satisfaction Survey
Every two years we carry out a resident satisfaction survey called the 'STAR survey'. The last one was completed in 2016 and the results showed over 90% of residents were satisfied with the overall service we provide as a landlord and 92% were satisfied with the quality of their home.
Our results have continued to improve overall year on year since PCH was created in 2009 and we perform very well when compared to other housing associations around the country.
