Allpay Direct Debit payments
Some tenants who pay their rent by Allpay on a Thursday may have noticed an extra Direct Debit has been taken from their account today (Friday).
Payments are normally due to be taken today but the firm says that due to circumstances beyond their control this has been duplicated into two payments.
Customers are asked to contact their banks in the first instance.
