Allpay Direct Debit refunds
Some tenants who pay their rent by Allpay may have noticed an extra Direct Debit has been taken from their account on Friday.
Payments are normally due to be taken today but the firm says that due to circumstances beyond their control this has been duplicated into two payments.
Most people will have already been refunded but the refund is dependent on the bank processing it.
Allpay has said it will credit all affected customers by Tuesday 12 September so they will not be left out of pocket.
Customers will be able to clearly identify the refunded amount in their statement and will receive an apology from Allpay for this inconvenience.
If you have not received your refund please check with your bank first. If you are out of pocket then please email email@example.com giving your name, address and proof of any bank charges.
