Consultation for Phase 4 of North Prospect regeneration
Members of the public will be able to have their say on proposals for the next phase of the North Prospect regeneration.
We're holding a consultation day to show people our plans for the final phase of the regeneration.
The open event takes place on Thursday 19 July from 3pm to 7pm at the Beacon in North Prospect Road.
Architects Kendall Kingscott will be displaying their designs and there will be a chance to ask them and our staff questions about the scheme.
Visitors will also be able to fill in feedback forms.
Phase 4 will see 140 homes replaced with approximately 189 new ones. The tenure mix is yet to be finalised but we are anticipating 82 for affordable rent, 36 for shared ownership and 71 for open market sale.
We intend to submit our planning application for the phase in September.
Tina Olver, PCH Senior Development Officer, said: “We want to speak to as many people as possible about our plans and listen to what they have to say about them. It will also be a chance to ask any questions about the scheme.”
We have already agreed terms to purchase existing homes with a number of homeowners and are in the process of purchasing the remainder.
We hope to have helped all residents to move in time for building work to start in 2020.
