Festive season opening hours 2021/22

To all our residents and customers, we’d like to wish you a Merry Christmas and happy New Year. It’s been another tough year and we very much hope you have a happy, healthy festive break and that 2022 brings us all better fortune.

In light of the latest Covid Plan B measures, our offices at Plumer House and the City Centre Shop are already closed to the public.

Over the festive period from 24 December to 3 January, our buildings at the Beacon in North Prospect and the Space Centre in Ernesettle will also be closed, and will not reopen until Tuesday 4 January 2022.

Our services continue to run as normal during Plan B, however, will be reduced over the festive period as detailed below:

  • Friday 24 December (Christmas Eve) - emergency repairs only
  • Saturday 25 December (Christmas Day) - emergency repairs only
  • Sunday 26 December (Boxing Day) - emergency repairs only
  • Monday 27 December (Bank Holiday) - emergency repairs only
  • Tuesday 28 December (Bank Holiday) - emergency repairs only
  • Wednesday 29 December – business as usual
  • Thursday 30 December – business as usual
  • Friday 31 December (New Years Eve) – business as usual
  • Saturday 1 January (New Years Day) - emergency repairs only
  • Sunday 2 January - emergency repairs only
  • Monday 3 January - emergency repairs only
