Over the past year, it’s never been more important for people to have a safe and secure home to call their own - it has and continues to be a vital part of fighting the pandemic.
With that thought at the forefront of our minds, we’ve refreshed our Strategic Business Plan so that it’s plain for all to see who we are and what we do - the good we do in our communities and the difference we make to people’s lives in our efforts to ensure everyone has a decent home.
The refreshed plan
The most important thing to understand, is that we’re not changing what we do. We are improving how we tell people about it.
We’re explaining things in a way that’s easier to understand and uses more everyday language.
We’re doing this because we’ve listened to our residents and staff. We’ve revised our values so they reflect what staff and residents said they wanted and expected from us.
So here it is…the new PCH house and values.
