Our payment provider Capita has made us aware of delays in processing card payments made to us through telephone or the internet on 29 April, 30 April, 1 May and 2 May 2022.
If you made a telephone or internet payment to us on one of these dates and it hasn’t completed, please do not try to make the payment again. The payment will be taken from your bank account over the next three working days.
