Proud pumpkins scoop Halloween top prize

A terrifying trio of pumpkins scooped the top prize in our Halloween competition this year.

PCH residents were asked to send photos of their pumpkin designs, which resulted in a number of spooky submissions.

It was proud pumpkins all round as photos of all sorts of weird and wonderful creations flooded in via social media.

A massive congratulations to young Coren, who, with some help from mum, Vanessa, created the three most terrifying entries. The winning designs really put the jeepers into judges at PCH.

The creative duo were thrilled to receive their prize, which was an impressive range of tasty home-baked treats from The Rise Bakery. They looked “blooming amazing”, apparently.

Winning mum Vanessa, said: “The pumpkins took all evening to make. One was meant to be a vampire, and another was a four eyed cat, I think.”
