The Beacon hosts a Halloween extravaganza
Last night, PCH held a super spooky children’s Halloween party at The Beacon in North Prospect!
With a mini disco, party games, trick or treat bags and lots snacks and drinks all under one roof, the party provided local children and their parents with a warm and dry place to enjoy the freaky festivities.
There were also plenty of prizes available on the night, with awards given out for the best costume, the best dancers, guessing the number of sweets in the jar and the winner of musical statues.
Mae Hughes, Brand and Campaigns Apprentice said: “There was a fantastic turnout at the event; it was wonderful to see the children in their costumes and enjoying themselves. It was a pleasure to be involved in the planning and running of the evening and we’re already thinking ahead for next year!”
Jay Vickers, Senior Communications Officer said: “We were pleased with how many families came to enjoy Halloween at the Beacon, it’s exactly what the building is for. We love that the local community enjoy using this space and the Beacon Coffee House is a lovely place for people to come and spend some time with other people having a coffee and a chat.“
Our team are hard at work planning the next event at The Beacon; a Christmas winter wonderland party taking place on Tuesday 11 December! More details on the event will be available nearer the time on our website and social media accounts.
