Your views on the draft Communications Strategy

We spoke to residents earlier this year about how you would like to be communicated with and what you expect from PCH when it comes to hearing about news, services and other things that affect your home.


Following this exercise, we used your feedback, along with direction setting from our Board and input from staff, to put together the draft Communications Strategy 2017-2020, which we published on 1 September.


It outlines the communication goals we will strive to achieve over the next three to five years and contributes to delivering the new Strategic Business Plan launched in April this year.


There are three weeks left to send us your comments (until 31 October), after which it will be taken to our Board for final approval along with a summary of the feedback from residents, staff and partners.
