Are you starting to run out of things to do in lockdown? Tired of finding ways to entertain the family? These are strange times, and while we are not in the office physically, we are still here for you!
It is essential to look after yourself during this time, so if you need to take time to relax, then that is important too, but if you are looking for something to try in your free time, you can take part in one of the exciting opportunities below.
Introducing… PCH Connect.
This is our new way of delivering community activities, resident involvement and resident learning.
The activities on offer are split into three types:
(The examples below are being added to and updated all the time so keep an eye out for updates, and feel free to send your ideas and suggestions.)
Social activities – video call catch ups, clubs and groups such as history and photography (online and over the phone), craft challenges.
Learning opportunities – Online courses in Equality and Diversity, creative writing, lockdown tips and tricks, budgeting tips.
Health and wellbeing – looking after your mental health at home, simple exercise tips, easy recipes.
Whether you been involved with PCH for a while, or if you are new to PCH’s involvement opportunities, have a look and see what is of interest to you! Check out the PCH Connect programme below.
