Photography competition terms and conditions

  1. This competition is open to residents and leaseholders of Plymouth Community Homes (PCH).

  2. Competition winners will be chosen by the PCH Photography Club, and the decision of the club is final. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  3. Entries should be labelled with the entrant’s name and location of the photograph, including your address and phone number.

  4. All entries must be received by the closing date of 30 August 2019 by midnight.

  5. All images submitted must be your own work and not the work of anyone else or taken from the internet.

  6. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that any images submitted have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe on any copyright or third party laws.

  7. Copyright in all images remains with the entrant. However in providing your image for the competition you agree to PCH featuring any or all of the submitted images in any digital or print material.

  8. Only one entry per person. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of sent items will not be accepted as proof or receipt.

  9. The winners will be asked to take part in publicity.

  10. In line with General Data Protection Regulations we will only hold copies of your photos for three years and will contact you after this if we wish to use them again to gain your consent.

  11. We will only accept genuine amateur photographs and pictures from professional registered photographers will not count.

MyPCH B&Q voucher competition Terms and Conditions:

  1. The promoter is: Plymouth Community Homes (PCH, company no IP030637) whose registered head office is at Plumer House, Tailyour Road, Plymouth, PL6 5DH.

  2. The competition is open to named tenants of PCH aged 18 years or over except employees of PCH and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the MyPCH self-service portal which can be accessed via the Plymouth Community Homes website and social media channels.

  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

  7. The competition will close at midday on 13th February 2019. No further entries to the competition will be permitted once the competition has closed.

  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
