On Wednesday 18 October Plymouth Community Homes attended the very first Health and Wellbeing Networking Event at The New Continental Hotel in Plymouth, organised by the Wellbeing Team at Livewell Southwest.
Rachael Fox, Partnership Project Manager at Plymouth Community Homes and Livewell Southwest represented our Health and Housing Project, alongside staff from Housing, Communities and our Income Recovery and Financial Inclusion team.
The staff include: Jackie Day, Housing with Support Officer, Lou Kressinger-Vines, Housing Officer, Michelle Fice, Financial Inclusion Officer and Ashleigh Knowles, Resident Learning Coordinator.
They are networking and creating connections with other organisations in our city, to showcase what we do and how we support our residents, and to discover more local services who can support our residents with their health and wellbeing.
We are joined by other organisations offering support in the city, including Argyle Community Trust, St Luke's Hospice Plymouth, Food Plymouth and many more.
