You'll help make decisions about what PCH does, make sure we deliver what we promise and improve the services we provide.
We know it’s important to have people who have used PCH services and are part of our communities involved when we make decisions. That’s why we keep places on our Board for residents.
We’re looking for individuals who are good listeners, can explain things clearly, and can see the bigger picture. You should be able to think about problems and help find solutions, ask helpful questions, and work well with others. The role will include elements of working online and attending meetings in person.
Board Members are paid £6,560 a year (subject to tax and national insurance deductions). If you are in receipt of benefits, we can put you in touch with our Financial Inclusion team to understand how this could affect you.
How do I apply?
- View and download the recruitment pack
- Attend an information session week commencing 6 October 2025 at Plumer House
- Fill out an application form and diversity monitoring form and submit this by Monday 27 October.
- If you are shortlisted for the role, you'll be invited to observe the next board meeting on 6 November 2025, and will be invited for an informal interview with a recruitment panel in November 2025.
