About us
Help shape the future of PCH
Plymouth Community Homes was established in 2009 following the transfer of homes, garages and commercial properties from Plymouth City Council.
Since then, we've grown significantly and now provide homes and services across Devon and Cornwall, and are continuing to invest in more homes, strengthen communities and grow our impact across the South West.
As part of that plan, we committed to reviewing our branding to ensure it reflects the organisation we are today and our ambitions for the future.
Before any decisions are made, we want to hear from the people who know us best.
That's why we're inviting residents, colleagues and stakeholders to help shape the future of PCH.
Why are we doing this?
Our current name reflected the residents and communities we served when PCH was established.
Today, we manage homes and support residents across much more of the South West and have ambitious plans for future growth.
We're therefore exploring whether our identity should evolve alongside our organisation.
What isn't changing?
- We are not merging with another organisation.
- Your tenancy remains unchanged.
- Your rent remains unchanged.
- This will also not affect your services.
- Our commitment to residents, including our Plymouth roots, remains unchanged.
