Quoits Tor, Darite

Located in the rural village of Darite near Liskeard, this scheme is being developed by Classic Builders with 16 affordable homes for Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) residents.

11 of these homes will be available for rent including a selection of bungalows, flats and houses for those through the local housing register.

There will also be five shared ownership homes available through our sales brand SO Living.
