Seabrook Orchards, Exeter

Located Exeter, Devon, Seabrook Orchards is being developed by Bloor Homes with 37 affordable homes for Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) residents, including a selection of one, two, three and four bedroom homes comprising of maisonettes, flats and houses.

28 of these homes will be available for rent for those through the local housing register, whilst nine homes will be available for shared ownership through our sales brand SO Living.
