This Easter, we invited residents to get creative in our April newsletter with a fun Easter Art Competition – and you certainly delivered.
The idea was simple: show us your Easter-themed artwork and be in with a chance of winning a tasty prize. We were originally going to pick just one winner, but after seeing all the amazing entries, we couldn’t possibly choose only one. So, we had to pick three.
Ayva, age 8 - wowed us with a brilliant pair of handmade bunnies – a super sweet and thoughtful piece that instantly got our attention.
George, age 3 - created a colourful chick that stood out straight away (an instant favourite for the team) – simple and minimalist but a strong presence.
Logan, age 9 - impressed us with a lovely egg design, full of colour and detail – we could tell a lot of effort went into it.
Each of our winners got to choose between a Thorntons Easter Hamper or a selection of M&S Favourites boxes, giving the Easter bunny a run for his money.
A big thank you to everyone who entered – we loved seeing all your ‘egg-quisite’ creations and had a lot of fun picking our winners (even if it was a tough choice).
Keep an eye on future newsletters for more chances to get involved.
