We’re pleased to announce we have maintained our Investors in People (IIP) Gold Award which demonstrates our commitment to ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to deliver great services on behalf of our residents.
IIP took a deep dive into our employee engagement and successes to get to the heart of the organisation and ensure we have the right mix of talent, motivation and strategic leadership. The assessment looks at areas of the business around leading, supporting and improving.
The Gold Award reinforces what we do well as an organisation and what drives colleagues to achieve excellent results in everything we do – as well as looking at those areas we need to focus on so we can move from good, to great.
IIP ensures a motivated and engaged workforce which translates to improved services leading to higher resident satisfaction. Being IIP Gold also ensures staff retention meaning we are able to offer a more consistent service and train our staff to become future leaders within the organisation, as well as attracting the best talent for the roles we offer.
Our IIP result was awarded after a full staff survey and face-to-face focus groups with 34 randomly selected colleagues from different areas of the organisation whose positive feedback reflected our purpose and values.
