Jonathan Cowie, Chief Executive, met with some of our Resident Shareholders this week to provide them with an update on PCH's progress over the last 12 months and to answer any questions they had about the organisation.
Ian Howse, Head of Homes and Safety and Phil Burgoyne, Interim Head of Thriving Neighbourhoods, were there to help provide specific operational answers to our residents and take on board their valuable feedback.
The event was a great success, giving the Shareholders a forum to voice their thoughts and opinions and a chance to meet with other residents who hold the same values as PCH.

Shareholding membership is open to all tenants, shared owners and leaseholders. We know how important it is to have people with lived experience of PCH services and communities involved in our decision-making process and governance arrangements.
Shareholders will receive communications on key issues, attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) every September and are included in consultations as appropriate for any decisions that need to be made.
