Welcome to the first update on our 2025/26 Major Works Investment Programme, as we move into the second year of the PCH Major Works Investment Programme.
We are committed to sharing news and updates with you at least every three months, as well as offering the opportunity to join customer engagement opportunities throughout the year. This programme focuses on quality, resident experience and delivering homes where people want to live.
We have been busy working in partnership with our residents this quarter on our communication style and format resulting in the creation of two new letters. The first letter relates to low level damp and mould hazards identified by our Stock Condition Surveyors. This letter was reviewed by a panel of residents, amended based on their feedback and then approved for use. This is now being sent to all applicable residents, ensuring we adopt a resident focused zero based approach to damp and mould.
Another letter was also developed following feedback received from a resident regarding our two planned maintenance notification letters, specifically relating to the use of products and recommendation to close windows during works. Both letters have been reviewed by the resident who raised this with us, approved and are now in use.
