As a social tenant and shared owner living outside of Plymouth, you may receive an email or a call between Wednesday 4 March and Wednesday 25 March from a company called Acuity asking you to take part in a survey about your experience of Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) as your landlord.
Your feedback is important to us and will help to inform our plans for the future and how we continue to serve you.
Who may you hear from?
We are working with Acuity who will be completing the online and telephone surveys on our behalf. They will always email you from acuity@arap.co.uk or call you from 01752 986039. No other emails or numbers will be used.
They will typically call:
- Monday to Friday, between 9am and 8pm
- Saturday between 10am and 6pm
- No calls will be made on Sunday.
They will allow the phone to ring for a minimum of 15 seconds or until a voicemail system kicks in.
What will they ask me?
They will ask you a range of questions about how satisfied you are with PCH as your landlord.
This includes asking you about a range of topics about the following:
- Remoteness from our main operational area and emotional closeness to the landlord
- Our complaints service
- Quality of new home
- Safety in your home and community
- Neighbourhood management and role of management companies
How will my data be used?
Your privacy is important to us, and your personal data will be protected while conducting all our surveys. You can find Acuity’s Privacy and Data Protection Statement here and our Privacy Notice here.
You will be given the option to remain anonymous, or you can consent to provide your details along with your feedback.
If you would prefer not to take part, please let Acuity know your reason why.
How long will the online survey or telephone conversation take?
The survey should take between 15 to 20 minutes. If you have any further questions about the survey or suspect any spam calls, please contact us on 0808 230 6500.
By participating in the survey, you will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 or two £50 vouchers. You will be contacted by PCH after Wednesday 25 March if you have won one of the three vouchers.
