Look out for our upcoming customer survey and tell us what matters most to you.

As we celebrate National Customer Service Week, we're taking the opportunity to highlight something that sits at the heart of everything we do at Plymouth Community Homes: listening to our residents.

The best way for us to improve our services is to hear directly from the people who use them every day. That's why, over the coming weeks, some tenants, shared owners and leaseholders will be invited to take part in an independent survey about their experiences with PCH.

The survey will be carried out by The Leadership Factor (TLF) on behalf of the Institute of Customer Service and gives residents the opportunity to share honest feedback.

Why does it matter?

Resident feedback helps shape every decision we make.

Whether it's improving services, changing the way we communicate or investing in homes and communities, understanding residents' experiences helps us focus on the things that matter most.

In fact, listening to residents is a key part of our new Strategic Business Plan and our commitment to putting residents first.

What will you change as a result of our input?

At PCH we don’t just listen, we act. Feedback from residents has helped influence changes across PCH, from service improvements to new initiatives designed to make a real difference to our communities.

You can see examples of changes we've made by visiting our You Said, We Did pages.

Helping us improve even further

As part of our commitment to delivering excellent customer service, PCH is working towards accreditation with the Institute of Customer Service, the UK's independent professional body for customer service.

This will help us compare our performance against other organisations, identify opportunities to improve and ensure we're delivering the best possible experience for residents.

Look out for your invitation

If you're invited to take part in the survey, we'd really encourage you to get involved.

Every response helps us build a clearer picture of residents' experiences.

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to share their views. Your feedback doesn't just tell us how we're doing today. It helps shape the future of PCH.
