Share your experiences and opinions from your time as a PCH resident to support the implementation of our new Tenancy Management Policy
This impacts everyone who lives in a PCH property, so we want to hear about you and your time as a resident to support the final build and implementation of this policy, to ensure we are getting things right for our residents.
The PCH Thriving Neighbourhoods team have consolidated the Tenancy Management, Tenancy fraud, and Termination policies into one singular Tenancy Management Policy that now reflects current legislation, regulatory expectations, and operational practice.
