Why we collect information
We collect and process your information because there is a legal covenant in place over your property which is between you and Plymouth Community Homes. This is the legal basis for us processing your information and carrying out our activities.
We need your information for rent charge invoicing, to contact you about any issues regarding your estate, such as repairs and maintenance, and for any queries regarding payments.
What information we collect about you
When you become an owner of a freehold property on one of our estates where there is a legal covenant, we will collect the following information from you:
CCTV - We will also operate CCTV / sound recording in and around some of the properties on our estates in pursuit of our legitimate interests to provide a safe and secure environment for residents and to protect the general interests and well-being of all residents.
